The Whole Apple Philosophy
We press the finest cider apples from our 300-year-old orchards in Herefordshire, using over 48 heritage varieties. Every apple is grown with care, and nothing goes to waste – leftover pulp is sent to our anaerobic digester to become natural fertiliser, nourishing the very orchards it came from.
This closed-loop cycle is at the heart of our regenerative farming - feeding the land as it feeds us.
