A Meeting of Minds
Will Chase, our founder, first met Bettina at a plant-based retreat in Bali - not the usual setting for a Herefordshire farmer. But her dishes, packed with colour, balance and creativity, left a lasting impression. “Her food was so full of life,” says Will. “It showed me how simple, natural ingredients can transform the way we feel.”
