Blueberry & Lime Jam Shrub

Blueberry and Lime Jam Shrub with apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a refreshing drink made with Live Original ACV.

Blueberry & Lime Jam Shrub

Ingedients

  • 400g blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 120g granulated sugar

  • 1 lime, zest and juice

  • 50ml water

  • 150ml Willy’s Original Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Fresh blueberries, to garnish

Method

In a saucepan, combine blueberries, water, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring until jammy (about 5–7 mins).

Add Willy’s ACV and simmer for another 5 mins.

Remove from heat and let cool for 1 hour.

Strain through a muslin-lined sieve into a bowl, reserving the jam for toast or cocktails. (Do not press pulp.)

Pour syrup into a sterilised glass jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.

To make a cocktail: Add 1 tbsp blueberry jam, 50ml shrub syrup, ice, and top with tonic. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
