Elderflower ACV Kombucha Shrub

Elderflower ACV Kombucha Shrub with apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a refreshing drink made with Live Original ACV.

Elderflower ACV Kombucha Shrub

Ingedients

  • 6–7 tbsp elderflower (fresh or cordial)

  • 1 tbsp grated lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 120g granulated sugar

  • 80ml water

  • 120ml Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 can Willy’s Kombucha

Method

In a saucepan, combine elderflower, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, and water. Bring to a gentle boil.

Reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally for 3–4 minutes.

Add Willy’s ACV, stir, and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Remove from heat, cover with a clean cloth, and steep overnight.

Strain through a muslin-lined sieve without pressing.

Pour syrup into a clean jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.

To serve:

Add 4 tbsp shrub syrup to a glass.

Top with ice, cucumber peelings, lemon slices, and fresh mint.

Fill with Willy’s Kombucha, garnish with elderflowers, and enjoy.
