1 tbsp Willy’s Honey Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp vanilla extract

120ml whipping cream

50g dark chocolate

Whipped cream, to serve

Mini marshmallows, to serve

Ground cinnamon, to sprinkle
Method

Gently warm the cream in a small saucepan, then add the dark chocolate. Stir until fully melted and smooth.

Remove from the heat and stir in Willy’s Honey ACV and vanilla extract.

Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, marshmallows and a dusting of cinnamon.

Serve immediately while hot and comforting.
