Willy’s ACV Hot Sauce

Willy’s Hot Sauce with apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a fiery, probiotic sauce with red pepper, chilli, tomato and Eureka ACV.

Willy’s ACV Hot Sauce

Ingedients

  • 100ml Willy’s Eureka Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Willy’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for frying)

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced

  • 1 inch ginger, sliced

  • 1 chilli, sliced (keep seeds for extra heat)

  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes

Method

Heat Willy’s Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add red pepper, garlic, ginger and chilli; sauté until garlic is golden.

Add cherry tomatoes and cook until blistered and softened.

Cool slightly, then blend with Willy’s Eureka ACV until smooth.

Pour into a jar, let cool, and use with BBQs, grilled dishes or anything needing extra oomph.
