Willy's Gut-Friendly Vinaigrette

A simple dressing made with our very own ingredients; raw honey, extra virgin olive oil, and Willy’s apple cider vinegar. Our live vinegar’s cultures help support gut health, while the healthy fats in olive oil make nutrients easier to absorb. A clean and balanced staple recipe for everyday.

Willy's Gut-Friendly Vinaigrette with Apple Cider Vinegar

Ingedients

  • 60ml Willy’s apple cider vinegar

  • 60ml extra virgin olive oil 

  • 10g raw honey

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Method

1. Add the vinegar, oil, honey and salt to a small blender (this is important as the blender will emulsify the vinaigrette, meaning it won’t separate quickly)

2. Blend on high speed for around 45 seconds to 1 minute, ensuring you have a creamy looking texture. Taste and add a little more salt if required.

3. Pour over salads, roasted vegetables, dips or soups to brighten the flavour of your dish and get your daily dose.
