Probiotic Pickled Onions with Willy's Live ACV

Crisp onions gently pickled in Willy’s live apple cider vinegar for a naturally tangy bite. Unpasteurised and full of living cultures to help support gut health. Probiotic Pickled Onions with Willy's Live ACV

Ingedients

  • 2 Large Red Onions

  • 250ml Willy’s Live ACV

  • ½ tsp Sea Salt

Method

Peel and thinly slice the red onions.

Pack the onions into a sterilized jar, add half a tablespoon of Sea Salt then top with Willy’s Live ACV. Place the lid on the jar and shake, leave for a minimum of 24 hours.

Add to your favourite salads, sandwiches or on top of soups for a probiotic boost.
