Beans Made Better

Beans Made Better with apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a simple, tangy side dish enhanced with Live Original ACV for extra gut-friendly flavour.

Beans Made Better

Ingedients

  • 2 tbsp Live Original ACV

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 cans (400g each) mixed beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 red onion, finely sliced

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Small handful fresh parsley, chopped

  • Sea salt & black pepper, to taste

Method

In a large bowl, whisk Live Original ACV, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mustard and honey until combined.

Add the beans and red onion, then toss until coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Finish with chopped parsley and serve as a side dish or light salad.
