Buckwheat Crêpes
Buckwheat Crêpes with apple cider vinegar (ACV) are light, gut-friendly pancakes made with Live Original ACV for extra flavour.

1 tbsp Live Original ACV

100g buckwheat flour

1 egg
-
250ml milk (or plant-based alternative)

Pinch of sea salt

Butter or oil, for frying
Method
In a bowl, whisk buckwheat flour, egg, milk, Live Original ACV and salt until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a little butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladle of batter, swirl to coat the pan, and cook until golden underneath.
Flip and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes.
Serve warm with your choice of sweet or savoury toppings.
