1 pre-steamed octopus (tentacles)

2 patty pan squash, thinly sliced

For the Dressing

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 sprigs fresh oregano (leaves only)

1 red chilli

50ml extra virgin olive oil

10ml Willy’s Fire Cider ACV
Method
Method Preheat grill or skillet to high heat.
Char octopus tentacles for 3–4 mins per side until golden and slightly crisp.
Grill sliced patty pan squash for 5 mins per side until tender and marked.
Blitz garlic, oregano, chilli, olive oil, and Willy’s ACV in a blender until smooth.
Plate octopus and squash, then drizzle generously with dressing. Serve immediately.
