Chewy Choc Chip Cookies
Chewy Choc Chip Cookies with apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a baking recipe made with Live Original ACV.

Ingedients

240g all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

230g butter, slightly melted (soft but not liquid) — vegan butter works too

110g brown sugar

100g granulated sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp Willy’s Original Apple Cider Vinegar

1 large egg or chia egg

170g dark chocolate chunks
-
50g additional chocolate (for melting & drizzling)
Method
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream butter with brown and granulated sugar using a hand or stand mixer (2–3 mins).
Add vanilla, Willy’s ACV, and egg. Mix on low until smooth.
Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and chunks.
Chill dough in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking trays with parchment.
Scoop 1–2 tbsp dough per cookie, spacing them out.
Bake 10–12 mins, until edges are golden and centres just set.
Cool briefly on tray, then transfer to wire rack.
Melt remaining chocolate, drizzle over cooled cookies, and enjoy.
