2 tbsp Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar

1 cup rapeseed oil

1 tsp honey

2 tsp whole grain mustard

1 fresh garlic clove

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)
Method
Add rapeseed oil, Willy’s ACV, honey, mustard, and garlic into a small bowl or clean jam jar.
Whisk or shake until the dressing emulsifies into a smooth mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
