Eureka Turmeric ACV Hummus Plate

A creamy, flavour-packed dip served with fresh crunchy veg and warm flatbread - simple, wholesome, and perfect for sharing. Made with our probiotic Eureka Turmeric ACV.

Eureka Turmeric ACV Hummus Plate

Ingedients

  • Hummus

  • 1 Can of Chickpeas

  • 2 tbsp Tahini or Nut Butter

  • 2 tbsp Willy’s Eureka Turmeric ACV

  • 3 tbsp Willy’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Juice of 1 Lemon

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • To Serve

  • Carrot Sticks

  • Radishes, halved

  • Cucumber sticks

  • Warm Flatbread

  • Drizzle of Eureka ACV

  • Paprika

Method

Blend all hummus ingredients until smooth.

Add water if needed to loosen or extra olive oil.

Spread onto a plate, drizzle with olive oil, Eureka ACV and paprika

Serve with vegetables and bread.
