Italian Salsa Verde

Italian Salsa Verde with apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a tangy sauce made with Live Original ACV.

Italian Salsa Verde

Ingedients

  • 25g basil leaves

  • 20g parsley

  • 2 anchovy fillets

  • 2 tbsp capers

  • 1 large garlic clove

  • 3 tbsp Willy’s apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest

  • 120ml extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Method

Tear the basil and parsley leaves from their stalks.

Add herbs to a blender along with anchovies, capers, garlic, ACV, lemon juice, zest, and olive oil.

Blend for 15–20 seconds until smooth but still a little textured.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
