Kale, Halloumi, Apple & Walnut Salad with Eureka ACV dressing

Crisp kale, golden halloumi and sweet apple finished with a sharp, probiotic dressing made with our Eureka ACV.

Kale, Halloumi, Apple & Walnut Salad with Eureka ACV dressing

Ingedients

  • Salad

  • 250g Kale, finely shredded

  • 2 Apples, thinly sliced

  • 150g Halloumi, sliced

  • 50g Walnuts, toasted

  • Dressing

  • 3 tbsp Willy’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Willy’s Eureka ACV

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • Salt & Pepper

Method

Massage kale with a pinch of salad for 1-2 minutes until softened.

Fry halloumi in a pan on medium heat until golden on both sides.

Add all dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk until emulsified.

Toss kale with dressing, top with apple, halloumi and walnuts.
