Tempeh Tacos
Tempeh Tacos with apple cider vinegar (ACV) are tangy, plant-based tacos made with Live Original ACV, olive oil, spices and fresh toppings.

Ingedients

2 tbsp Live Original ACV

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

200g tempeh, sliced

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp ground cumin
-
½ tsp chilli powder
-
Juice of 1 lime
-
4 small taco shells or tortillas

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh lettuce leaves

Salsa, to serve

Fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
Method
In a bowl, whisk Live Original ACV, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lime juice and spices.
Add sliced tempeh and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan and cook marinated tempeh until golden and slightly crisp.
Warm taco shells and fill with lettuce, avocado, salsa and tempeh.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
