Vegan Cauliflower Cheese Bake
Vegan Cauliflower Cheese Bake with apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a baking recipe made with Live Original ACV.

Ingedients

2 tbsp Willy’s Apple Balsamic Vinegar

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

200g cashews
-
350ml cashew milk

1 tbsp mustard

1 tsp salt

Optional (non-vegan): Parmesan cheese, grated, for topping
Method
Preheat oven to 175°C and prepare a baking dish.
Steam the cauliflower florets until just tender (5–7 minutes).
While cauliflower steams, soak cashews in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
Blend cashews with mustard, Willy’s Apple Balsamic Vinegar, cashew milk, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Add cauliflower to baking dish, pour over the cashew cheese sauce, and coat evenly.
Top with Parmesan (if using).
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and set. Serve hot.
