Walnut and ACV Salad Dressing
Walnut & ACV Salad Dressing with apple cider vinegar is a simple ACV recipe delicious, easy to prepare, healthy & perfect to enjoy at home.

Ingedients
- The Dressing

4 tbsp Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar

250ml organic apple juice

2 tbsp runny honey

¼ tsp black pepper

60ml sunflower oil
- The Salad
-
2 large handfuls of mixed summer salad leaves
-
1 red apple, thinly sliced
-
1 large handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
-
100g feta, crumbled
-
1 small handful of dried cranberries
Method
In a small bowl or clean jar, whisk together the apple juice, Willy’s ACV, honey, pepper and sunflower oil until combined.
Arrange the salad leaves in a serving bowl and scatter over the sliced apples, walnuts, feta and cranberries.
Drizzle generously with the ACV walnut dressing.
Toss lightly and serve straight away.
