Walnut & ACV Salad Dressing with apple cider vinegar is a simple ACV recipe delicious, easy to prepare, healthy & perfect to enjoy at home.

Walnut and ACV Salad Dressing

Ingedients

  • The Dressing
  • 4 tbsp Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 250ml organic apple juice

  • 2 tbsp runny honey

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 60ml sunflower oil

  • The Salad
  • 2 large handfuls of mixed summer salad leaves

  • 1 red apple, thinly sliced

  • 1 large handful of walnuts, roughly chopped

  • 100g feta, crumbled

  • 1 small handful of dried cranberries

Method

In a small bowl or clean jar, whisk together the apple juice, Willy’s ACV, honey, pepper and sunflower oil until combined.

Arrange the salad leaves in a serving bowl and scatter over the sliced apples, walnuts, feta and cranberries.

Drizzle generously with the ACV walnut dressing.

Toss lightly and serve straight away.
