Willy’s best ACV salad dressing

Willy’s Best Salad Dressing with apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a tangy, probiotic dressing with olive oil, Dijon mustard and maple syrup.

Willy’s best ACV salad dressing

Ingedients

  • 80ml Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 250ml olive oil

  • ½ shallot, sliced

  • ½ tbsp salt

  • Pinch of pepper

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Optional Add-ins
  • Handful of dill, chopped

  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped

  • Handful of sesame seeds

  • Handful of chives, chopped

Method

Add olive oil, Willy’s ACV, shallot, salt, pepper, mustard and maple syrup to a small jar.

Stir or shake with the lid on until fully combined.

Store in the fridge for up to one week.

Add extras like dill, onion, sesame or chives to adapt the flavour as you like.
